For a while rumoured to be a myth, members of Starfleet Section 31 are masters of technical espionage and covert missions. Staying undetected is the number one priority of this elite group.
1. Hidden Blade (passive) : +2 on all attacks made with stealth weapons
2. Pickpocket (active) : Skip attack phase and instead attempt to search enemy for loot (d10)
