When Seduced by Knowledge enters the
battlefield, tap enchanted creature.
Enchanted creature doesn't untap during it's
controller's untap step and has "As long as this
creature remains tapped, each player may look
at the top card of their library at any time."

Knowledge is meant to be shared.
