Council's Dilemma - Starting with you, each
player chooses Tribute or Support. For each
Tribute vote, Scry 2. For each support vote, gain control of target creature owned by the player
that voted for Support. Untap those creatures.
They gain haste until end of turn.
In times of war, everyone needs to help out.
