+2: Exile the top card of target player's library. Players may not cast cards with the same name as that card for the rest of the game.
-3: Draw two cards. Then target player discards two cards.
-8: Target player exiles the top half of his or her library, rounded down. Until your next end step, you may cast these cards using mana of any color
