When Seer Of Anguish enters the battlefield,
exile all cards from your hand. When you do,
target opponent loses X life, where X is the
number of cards exiled this way. Until the end
of your next turn, you may play one of the
exiled cards. At the beginning of your next
upkeep, you draw X cards.
