Seer of Time

This spell cannot be cast if you have 0 time
counters.
When Seer of Time enters the battlefield, put
time counters on it equal to the number of time counters you have. At the beginning of your
upkeep, remove one time counter from Seer of
Time. If Seer of Time has 0 time counters,
destroy target creature and sacrifice Seer of Time.
If Seer of Time is sacrificed, shuffle it into your
draw pile.
