Seido Takizawa

Experiment - At the beginning of your upkeep,
remove a time counter from Seido Takizawa.
When the last counter is removed, return it to
the battlefield from exile and transform it.
Inexperienced - Seido Takizawa can't block
creatures with power two or greater.
When Seido Takizawa dies or is put into exile
from the battlefield, you may exile it with three
time counters on it.
