Selective Silence

Selective Silence enters the battlefield under the control of a random player.
As Selective Silence enters the battlefield, or as a
new player gains control of it, secretly choose a
card name.
Whenever an opponent casts a spell or activates
an ability of a permanent or spell with the chosen
name; reveal the name you chose, give Selective
Silence to another target player, then end the turn.
