When Selera, Hand of the King enters the battlefield, you become the monarch.
Creatures the monarch controls can't attack you unless their controller pays {2} or 2 life for each creature they control that's attacking you.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if an opponent is the monarch, create a colorless artifact token
named Gold. It has "Sacrifice this artifact: Add
one mana of any color."
