Selfish Contractor

At the beginning of your upkeep, sacrifice a treasure token. If you can't, any player may sacrifice any number of treasure tokens. The player that sacrifices the most treasure tokens gains control of Selfish Contractor (players tied for the most must may sacrifice permanents they control instead).
