Selin Piao Dragons

In the land now known to some as Dong Gege,
Dragons are rare. They are widely regarded as
auspicious, wise, magical, and divine. Except
for Selin Piao Dragons, who are regarded much
like as overly large man-eating aquatic raccoons
would be, if such things existed.
