Selina Strain was born in Ireland. Her father was
the minister of the Cremon Presbyterian Church,
and her grandfather before him. Selina would be-
come the wife of a Presbyterian minister: she wed
Robert in Galt, ON. They raised 3 kids over 35
years, and when Robert died in 1894, Selina went
with family to BC; she died in Armstrong, at 77.
