Senate Race

You may only cast this spell if there are an odd
number of players. When Senate Race enters is
played, pick two target creatures. You must
control one but not the other. Then, everyone
votes for one of the creatures you selected.
Whichever creature gets the most votes becomes
the senator. At the beginning of each turn, you
may place your choice of a +1,+1 or a -1,-1
counter on the senator. If you control the senator
