Send to the Lost

At the beginning of your upkeep, each opponent exiles a permanent they control. If the exiled permanent was a creature, return it to the battlefield under your control. It becomes Lost in addition to its other types. If a noncreature,
nonland card is exiled this way, exile the top card
of your library. If a land is exiled this way, put
target permanent card you control from exile
into play under your control.
