When Sengua enters the battlefield, if you
lost life instead of paying {p/b} he gets +2/+1
At each end step you may exile him, if you do at your next upkeep return
him to the battlefield with
a +1/+1 counter on him.
{t} Each opponent loses 3 life, and
each player discards a card.
