Sense Temporal Anomalies

Enchanted creature gains the Temporal and
Psychic sub-types.
Whenever a time counter is removed from a spell
in exile put a +1/+1 counter on enchanted
creature and Scry 1.
Whenever an opponent casts a spell on your turn
Scry 2 then reveal the top card of your library.
Enchanted creature gets +X/+1 until end of turn,
where X equals the revealed card's casting cost.
