Sentient Animism

Sentient Animism enters the battlefield with a number of +1/+1 counters on it equal to the number of lands you control.
{x}{g}{g}: Put X +1/+1 counters on target land you control. That land becomes a 0/0 Elemental creature in addition to its other types.
