You can only activate Seraphines abilities
during during an Opponents' turn.
{b}{u} Goad all creatures target opponent controls.
They gain Deathtouch and First Strike while attacking.
{b}{r} All creatures must block this turn if able.
{u}{r}{t} Exile target attacking creature. Return it
to the battlefield under its owners control at the
end of combat.
