Seregios enters the game with X Quill Scale
counters where X is the mana spent when cast.
{t} Seregios, remove Quill Scale counters and
place them on target creatures. Creatures with
Quill Scale counters other than Seregios gets a
-0/-1 counter whenever they attack or block.
Whenever a creature is defeated by Seregios or
Quill Scale counters, return X Quill Scale
counters to Seregios.
