When Seregious Seer of Swords blocks or becomes blocked put a bleeding counter on attacking/blocking creature.
(When a creature has a bleeding counter on it it gets a -1/-1 counter every time it blocks or becomes tapped. If a creature has more than 3 bleeding counters on it dies. To remove bleeding counters the creature's owner may pay 2 on their next end step for each counter.Creatures with sroud can have bleeding counters removed from them)
