Serene Witness has shroud as long as it's
not attacking or blocking.
When Serene Witness enters the battlefield,
two target players reveals the top card of their
library. If the revealed cards have the same total
converted mana cost, draw a card. Otherwise
you gain life equal to the difference in total
converted mana cost between the revealed cards.
