When Servelius enter the battlefield, create a red
artifact named Ticking Time Bomb with
"At the beginning of each end step, create a copy of
this artifact under the player to your lefts control.
Ticking Time Bomb enters the battlefield with four
tick counters on it. When the controller draws a card
remove one tick counter.
When Ticking Time Bomb have no tick counters on it
sacrifice it and it deals 1 damage to its controller."
