Set Fire

Hostage {1} (Each turn each
opponent must pay the hostage cost, if they do
not the Hostage becomes triggered) When "Set
Fire" enters the battlefield deal one damage to
target soldier, you gain one victory point. If
Hostage is triggered your opponents cannot
play any soldiers on their next turns, then discard
this card.
Burning the peoples homes is the same as
burning the peoples spirits.
