When Seth enters the battlefield, if it was cast, it phases out until your next turn, creatures you control get +2/+2 until end of turn.
Put a +1/+1 counter on Seth whenever another creature with greater power enters.
At the beginning of your end step make a X/X griffin creature token with flying, where X is the number of +1/+1 counters on Seth.
When he enters the room you can hear the words
"heck" and "darn," usually from him after he looks
at the time.
