Exile a creature or Planeswalker card you own
from your hand or from the battlefield. Put 7
Time counters on it. At the beginning of each
upkeep and each end step, remove a Time
counter. When the last one is removed, put the
exiled card onto the battlefield. Put 7 +1/+1
counters or Loyalty counters on it.
