on it if it's a creature.)
When Shackle with Shame enters the battlefield,
exile target creature an opponent controls until Shackle with Shame leaves the battlefield.
Whenever a creature with the same name as the
exiled creature enters the battlefield, Shackle
with Shame completes its quest.
