Shade Quarter Informant

When Shade Quarter Informant enters the battlefield target opponent reveals their hand. You choose a noncreature, nonland card from it. That player discards that card.
Clause - If {u} was spent to cast Shade Quarter Informant you may instead look at the top card of an opponent's library, then you may put that card on the bottom of that library.
