Whenever a nontoken creature enters the battlefield under an opponent's control, you may
put your choice of one, two, or three +1/+1
counters on it. If you do, put that many -1/-1 counters on each other creature that player
controls.
Whenever a creature an opponent controls dies,
you may pay 1, 2, or 3 life. If you do, return that creature to the battlefield with that many -1/-1 counters.
