reveal the top card of your library. If the revealed
card has the same converted mana cost as that
spell counter it.
At the beginning of your end step scry for each
Synaptic creature you control.
By the time the Shadow in the Warp falls, it
is already too late; these beleaguered planets are
effectively on their own.
