Shadow of Sift

Whenever Shadow of Sift enters to the battlefield deals 1 damage to any tarjet creature or player.
When Shadow of Sift enter to the Graveyard from anywhere if no +1 /+1 counters on it return to the battlefield with +1/+1 counter
on it.
