When Shadow Regional Manager enters the battlefield, Scry 2. Then, place one of the cards into your hand and the other into the graveyard.
When Shadow Regional Manager deals combat damage to an opponent, draw a card. You lose life equal to the converted mana cost of the card. If, it's your birthday, each opponent loses life equal to the converted mana cost instead.
