Shadowglass Dagger

This shadowglass blade pulses with ominous
energy. It acts as a +1 dagger. On a hit, the dagger
deals an extra 1d4 necrotic damage and the target
must make a Wisdom Saving throw (DC 12) or
be afraid. The target may repeat the save at the
end of its turn. If thrown (20/60), you can will
the blade back to your hand as a Bonus Action.
Crits on a 19 or 20. On a 1 the blade shatters,
dealing the wielder 1d4 necrotic damage. The
blade slowly reforms from shadows at midnight.
