Shadowmare

Shadowmare enters the battlefield with a shadow counter.
Creatures with a shadow counter have shadow and shroud.
Whenever Shadowmare deals combat damage to a player, simultaneously remove a shadow counter from all creatures with one and put a shadow counter on all creatures without one.
