{2}{w/u}, {ut}: Attach target Artifact or Enchantment to Shagshock. If that permanent isn't an equipment, it becomes one and is a Legendary Enchantment Artifact named Shockshark and gains "Equipped creature has Seeker and Lifetouch" in addition to it's other abilities.
