Shahrazad's Ascendancy

If a player would draw a card and they have at least one card in their library, instead that player exiles that card, then each player plays a Magic subgame, using their libraries as decks. If that player wins the subgame, they put the exiled card into their hand.
This effect applies recursively to all subgames spawned from the current game.
