Unless Three or more creatures have entered
the battlefield from a graveyard this turn, Shair
isn't a creature.
Whenever a creature dies each player returns
another target creature from their graveyard
to the battlefield and it gains "If this creature
would die, exile it instead.", untill end of turn.
{p/w}, Sacrifice a creature: Each player may
draw a card. Any player may use this effect.
