Shame

As an additional cost to cast spells, players must first reveal another spell from theirs hands that shares a
type with the spell they wish to cast. Players who
cannot reveal a card form their hand cannot cast
spells.

Whenever a player casts a spell that targets a
permanent you control, return that permanent to
your hand.
