Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell,
you may have Shang Tsung become a copy of
target creature on the battlefied or in your
graveyard, except its name is Shang Tsung,
it's legendary in addition to its other types, it has
this ability and gains: "Whenever you cast an
instat or sorcery spell that targets an opponent,
put a +1/+1 counter on Shang Tsung."
