Share The Spoils

When this enchantment enters the battlefield,
exile the top card of each players library.
During each players turn, they may play a card
exiled this way. If they do, they may pay mana of
any color to play that card, then exile the top
card their library, and the original owner of the
card played creates a tapped treasure token.
Greed makes man blind and foolish, and makes him
easy prey for death.
