You may Assist noncreature spell's your
opponents control as though they have Assist.
(They still need to consent with your Assisting)

Whenever an opponent casts noncreature
spell without being Assisted, you
may create a 1/1 green Elf creature token.
If they were Assisted, you may create two
of those tokens instead.
