Shared Opinion

Council's dilemma—When Shared Opinion enters
the battlefield, starting with you, each player
votes for Family or Riches. For each Family vote,
the players who voted for Family create a 1/1
green Citizen creature token. For each Riches
vote, the players who voted Riches create a
Treasure.
Creatures get +1/+1 as long as each player
controls a land.
