Shared Ressurection

When players finish voting, for each player who
voted for a choice you also voted for, you and
that player each return a creature card from
their graveyard to their hand. Each player
who does, loses 2 life.
If the might in the council was high enough, one is
burried underneath the tower in a guarded necropolis.
Until one is needed again.
