Cut targets opponent's deck in half and place one
half on your side. On your upkeep you may draw
from the cut half rather than your deck on
your draw step.
The cut half is returned to the owner once you
either draw 3 cards from the cut half or the
owner pays {3} on their upkeep. Cut half returns
to the bottom of the owners deck.
Any cards drawn from the cut half may be payed
by paying the converted mana cost.
