Each player other than target player creates a
2/1 blue Shark creature token with evolve. Whenever a creature enters the battlefield under
your control, if that creature has greater power or toughness than this creature, put a +1/+1
counter on this creature.
I always thought it would be an earthquake that would be the end of Los Angeles.
