Shattered Council

When Shattered Council enters the battlefield, choose one-
-Sacrifice any number of wizards, then search your library for that many instant and/or sorcery cards, reveal them, and put them into
your hand. Shuffle your library if it was searched this way.
-Discard any number of instant or sorcery cards, then return that many wizards from your graveyard to the battlefield.
