Shattered Mirror

No matter which way the mirror is turned,
all it shows is a brightly glowing blue mote
gently pulsing against a backdrop of swirling
clouds of pastel purple, orange and yellow.
This item is intensely magical, but any attempts to identify it will render the caster unconscious.
