You may activate loyalty abilities of Sheemie on
any player's turn any time you could cast an
instant.
-1: Sheemie and up to one target creature
phase out.
-2: Exile target creature, then return that
creature to the battlefield under its owner's
control.
-3: Search your library for a card named
Gingerbread House, put it onto the battlefield,
then shuffle.
