At the beginning of your upkeep, each player may vote to destroy or keep target creature on the battlefield that you don't control. If destroy gets more votes, the creature's controller sacrifices it. If keep gets more
votes, the creature's controller loses life equal
to its toughness. You may repeat this for
every creature on the battlefield you don't control.
