When Sheev, Supreme Chancellor enters the battlefield, you become the monarch.
At the beginning of combat on your turn, choose
target opponent. If they are the monarch, they
may gain Imperial Favour. If they do, you
become the monarch. Otherwise, they may tap a creature they control. If they don't, you create a treasure token. At the beginning of your end step,
if you're the monarch, transform Sheev, Supreme Chancellor.
