At the beginning of each upkeep you may scry X,
where X is the number of cards in the hand of
the player who's turn it is.
When Sheik deals combat damage to a player,
until your next turn, you may play the top card
of your library without paying its mana cost. You
may also play a card you scry to the bottom of
your library that turn.
